North Tahoe Regional RAC
The Placer Sierra Fire Safe Council will hold their board meeting on Thursday Feb. 23, at 6:30 p.m. at the Colfax City Hall 33 S Main St. Colfax.
The Foresthill Divide Historical Society will hold their bi-monthly Dinner at the Memorial Hall at 6 pm. They will serve BBQ Chicken ,scalloped Potatoes and Vegetables and Cupcakes.
The Dinner is $10.00 per person and Reservations must be made as early as possible by calling Dennis at 367-5820 or Gerda at 367-2366.
The program will be presented by Mr. Gene Lorance of California State Parks, presenting the Hawver Caves History. The Caves were discovered by an Auburn Dentist in 1906 and its History is very interesting.
Every one in Foresthill is invited to attend both the Dinner and the Program,but there is no charge if you just wish to come to the Program at 7 pm.
